The first step is to submit your application and CV through the Zegna Group website, as this is the only manner in which we can receive and accept applications. If your application meets the position’s criteria, you will receive either a phone call or an invitation for a video interview. In both cases, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the company and the role and be asked to tell us about your experience and your interest in working for Zegna.
Depending on the position you have applied for, you may be asked to attend a series of interviews to get to know the people you will be working with, provide a work sample (such as a portfolio), complete a practical assessment, or attend an assessment centre. You will have the chance to answer three practice video questions before recording your response to the official question that will be seen by our recruiters. These practice questions will help you understand how the actual interview will take place, as well as allow you to check your audio, video quality, background and lighting.
Just like in a live interview, we want you to be your best, so wear something you are comfortable in and will show the authentic you. We know speaking to a video camera can be intimidating but try being yourself and have fun with the experience.
