In our assessment process, we employ a variety of methods tailored to the specific job for which you have applied. Depending on the role, these might be conducted as part of an assessment center or separately. How many interviews will I go through during the assessment of my application?

Your initial contact will be with a member of our HR team. Subsequently, you will have a meeting with the hiring manager. Depending on the job position you are applying for, a meeting with the Department Head might also be arranged. HR will keep you informed throughout the interviewing process and guide you on how to prepare for any specific assessments.
