The Europe Area encompasses more than 10 countries and almost 4,000 employees, each contributing to a diverse cultural mosaic. This area encompasses the Retail world composed of over 400 passionate individuals delivering unique experiences every day to our customers, a testament to our road to excellence. It includes the Company's strategic functions and core business, incorporating more than 1,300 employees from Consumer & Retail Excellence to Brand Marketing and Media & Digital, from Sustainability to Celebrity Entertainment & Influence; and from Human Resources to Communications, Legal, IT, Supply Chain, and many more. Finally, there's the creative and production world, where more than 2,000 people design and craft beauty, enabling our highest level of excellence from the initial phases of our product realization journey.

Our activities in Asia Pacific and the Pacific are coordinated through four offices located in Shanghai, Tokyo, Singapore, and Seoul, which oversee distribution channels and profitability in the region. By area, China is the largest country in the APAC region, followed by Australia and India. The Asia-Pacific is made up of a diverse network, including directly-owned stores, wholesale, distributorships, travel retail, online and franchise partners. It’s a commercial environment that runs smoothly thanks to the innovation, passion, and ambition of around 1,300 employees in the region. These individuals, hailing from 20 nationalities, represent a rich cultural cross-section. Our activities in the North America region are all coordinated by our office in New York City. This office also supports our retail and sales channels in the USA and Canada, which includes over 20 of our own stores, 5 Outlet locations as well as major wholesale accounts with department stores and specialty retailers. It’s a collaborative and welcoming environment composed of around 300 employees. The main functions include Retail, CRM, Omnichannel, Marketing, Wholesale, Merchandising and Brand Excellence to Human Resources and Retail Operations.

The region's retail business is coordinated from the Milan Headquarters and operates through main offices in Mexico and Brazil, located in Mexico City and São Paulo, respectively. The main functions include Retail, Wholesale, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, Made To Measure, Finance, IT, and HR. We are a team of around 120 employees, part of an international group, which offers the opportunity to build a network across countries and continents, providing unparalleled opportunities to refine skills, tackle complex challenges, and broaden horizons.

Our presence spans across the UAE, Kuwait, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
