Our Visual Merchandising team plays a key role in enhancing the customer experience. These teams create the designs and displays that transform our stores and windows from spaces that celebrate the ceremony of sale and service, to stages for communication and brand values. They also work closely with our Store Planning and Merchandising teams to ensure these are used consistently and effectively by our markets, translating designs into manuals, providing creative solutions for windows and in-store visual supports, as well as innovating layouts to optimise sales and introduce customers to new product.
The Visual Merchandising team is divided between our headquarters in Milan and our stores around the world, with the central team setting the overall direction for creative solutions and the in-store teams implementing at a local level.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you’ll use your creativity, commercial sensibility, customer understanding, and passion for product to help set out how our products are presented in our boutiques and within major retail stores. You’ll also need keen attention to detail, as our Visual Merchandisers are hands-on in ensuring there is visual consistency across all our Retail touchpoints.
