In 2024, reaffirming our commitment to promoting a fair, inclusive, and diverse work environment, we established the Gender Equality Steering Committee, composed of members of the ZEGNA brand and the Group’s top management.
The Committee is responsible for defining, approving, and monitoring a three-year strategic plan on gender equality, which will initially focus on the Italian entities within the ZEGNA brand.
This initiative is fully aligned with the Group’s strategy. A number of external experts contribute to the initiative to ensure an up-to-date and comprehensive view of best practices in gender equality and inclusion.
The Committee works in close collaboration with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team, supporting the achievement of strategic objectives and the evaluation of results, in accordance with the principles outlined in UNI/PdR 125:2022.
