Founder's Scholarship
The Ermenegildo Zegna Group has committed to donating €25 million over 25 years. The Ermenegildo Zegna Founder's Scholarship is a programme designed to give continuity to the brand’s sense of social responsibility from the beginning. Since its inception in 2014, the Scholarship has awarded over 200 talented Italian university graduates to enable them to pursue postgraduate studies or research abroad at leading academic institutions such as Oxford, the London School of Economics, Harvard, MIT, Yale, Columbia and Stanford.
The programme gives recipients the opportunity to acquire valuable know-how and experience abroad that can be brought back to Italy, thereby contributing to the country's future development. The programme aims not only to allow scholars to deepen their knowledge in their chosen fields, but also to have experiences that will help them to play leadership roles in the promotion of cultural and social progress. Zegna’s mission to foster a better future for the next generation is always in motion, and education is at its core.
