Our road has led us to New York, where the Group has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange on December 20, 2021.

We have marked the beginning of a new chapter in our history. It has been a monumental milestone for the Ermenegildo Zegna Group as we have begun trading as a public company on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “ZGN”. 112 years ago, the Zegna Group began as a wool mill but has since transformed into a leading luxury group that still keeps sustainability and the care of people around us at the heart of everything we do.
