Zegna’s Global Headquarters

Located in the heart of Milan’s design district, Zegna'S Global Headquarters house the central teams that DESIGN OUR strategy and that DRIVE the main projects and activities. It’s also where our central functions are located and where we design and develop the collections that are then presented to buyers and external clients.

Designed by acclaimed architects Antonio Citterio and Partners, the 8,000m² building, which opened in 2007, is the embodiment of our innovative spirit: a state-of-the-art facility, in a storied area, with a focus on the wellbeing of those who work there.

Accessing the headquarters from Via Savona, the glass-framed entrance conceals a secret garden that recalls Oasi Zegna and pays tribute to the green spirit of our founder, Ermenegildo Zegna, who believed that that the beauty of the natural environment and people’s wellbeing were indispensable from the quality he sought in his products. The suspended glass walkways and steel-girder bridges that connect the building’s spaces, a nod to the century-old bridges of Lanificio Zegna, which allowed visitors to view the process of raw wool being spun, dyed, and woven into the finest Italian fabrics. And in line with our enduring philanthropic values, the 600m2 showroom serves as a centre for cultural initiatives as well as a space to present our collections.

In addition to our headquarters in Milan, our company’s central functions can also be found in our offices in Stabio, Switzerland, and London, UK. Housed within a stunning Art Nouveau building, our office in Stabio is responsible for corporate functions such as Finance, IT, Customer Service, and Retail Operations. While part of our Content Marketing team is based in London, who along with their counterparts in Milan, are responsible for our Brand Strategy and Content Creation.

Creating a better tomorrow:
Zegna Forest
In love with nature and deeply rooted in his homeland, our founder, Ermenegildo Zegna, ignited Our Road to Tomorrow when he ventured on a formidable programme of environmental reclamation in the 1930s. As part of this ‘green thought’, he planted 500,000 conifer trees in the mountains surrounding his wool mill, which ultimately became the Oasi Zegna.

Launched in 2010 in celebration of our Group’s centennial, the Zegna Baby Forest is a continuation of this legacy. Conceived by one of our employees, the programme plants a tree for each baby born to a Zegna employee worldwide. Over the past ten years, more than 1,000 trees have been planted in a dedicated area of the Oasi Zegna, the living embodiment our commitment to nature and our future generations.

our sustainable approach
A deep respect for the land and people have always been central to the Zegna Group’s vision. Our founder was a pioneer: he began giving back to the land to make the world a better place and preserve the quality of life for future generations. Today, his dream becomes the template for a sustainable future, one to be realised together.
At Zegna, we do this in part through our supply chain, by revolutionising processes and innovating new technologies that realise our commitment to zero waste. We also do this through the day-to-day actions of our employees. Through an online community, we provide employees with information on the many sustainability initiatives of the Group and practical solutions to reduce our impact on the environment. This includes our flagship initiative, Heroes for Zero, which began by reducing the consumption of paper and single-use plastic. As our collective awareness and responsibility deepen, Heroes for Zero will continue to evolve so that we can become even more sustainable.
Coming together:
Zegna Snow Day
Finding moments to spend time together and have fun feeds the passion we dedicate to our work. At our offices in Italy and Switzerland, we regularly organise events, such as kids’ days and sports activities, for our employees and their families, which helps nurture this engaging and dynamic community. One such event is our Snow Day at Bielmonte, a local ski destination that is part of the Oasi Zegna in Piemonte, Italy. Snow Day allows our employees to spend a day with their families skiing and participating in other specially organised activities. It's an occasion to get to know each other better while enjoying the beautiful views and the great food offered by the local territory.
