Our Asia Pacific (APAC) region is made up of over 150 points of sales in ten countries, including directly-owned stores, wholesale, distributorships, travel retail, online, and franchise partners. It’s a commercial environment that runs smoothly thanks to the innovation, passion, and ambition of our over 1,500 employees in the region.

These individuals, which hail from 20 nationalities, also represent a rich cultural cross-section. Each contributes their perspective and values, enriching our standards of quality and service. It also allows us to learn and grow. As part of our commitment to our people, we regularly encourage talent exchanges between markets to provide our staff with the understanding and experience required on their path to success.

All our activities in APAC are coordinated through four offices, located in Shanghai, Tokyo, Seoul, and Singapore, which oversee distribution channels and profitability in the region. Our office in Shanghai plays a key role in supporting the Greater China Region, with its network of 90 points of sale and growing online business.

Creating a better tomorrow:
Million Tree Project
Taking inspiration from our founder, Ermenegildo Zegna, who prioritised sustainability through his ‘green thought’ and the legacy of the OASI Zegna, APAC continues our commitment to environmental responsibility abroad. Launched in 2012, the ambitious Million Tree Project aims to fight desertification and revitalise the ecosystems of two regions that produce some of the world’s best Cashmere, Inner Mongolia and Ningxia. Over the past eight years, Zegna has donated and planted over 37,000 trees, covering 38.87 hectares, with many of our employees donating to the cause.
